About Jamie Goldring, Creator of Discover ME

Jamie Goldring has been working with children for more than thirty years. She teaches children specific tools and strategies on how to control their impulses. She provides workshops and trainings on How to Teach Children Self-Regulation Skills through the Practice of Mindfulness. Jamie earned her B.A. in Sociology from California State University and her M.A. in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Memphis. She is a certified meditation instructor through the Meditation Learning Center in Mesa, Arizona.

I Believe, a children’s storybook, and six posters: Peace, Believe, Self-Control, Empathy, Kindness, and Flower/Candle.
